Daring Dara has been a long time coming. She has stuck with either the innocent or fierce image so seeing her coupling up with some hot male models is a total visual shock! We are not complaining though. She has warned us about the awesomeness that 2015 will bring and this is just the beginning! Go get 'em Dara!

Wow. This right here is what makes Sandara Park special. She is extremely versatile as she has proven time and again that she can be anything she wants to be--fierce, angelic or avante garde. Today, Sandara's photoshoot for Singles Magazine was revealed and boy was it totally amazing. The photoshoot took place in the streets of Singapore and I just love how chic and stylish Dara's clothes were.

According to the Korean media reports, Dara said to "accept her Actress Dara" image as she takes on a very different look from her usually outrageous 2NE1 style, exclusively for the photoshoot. Here are her photos. Remember, deep breaths, okay?

All-time Favorite Photos of Sandara (Photoshoot Edition)

Not long ago, Koreaboo provided us their own list of Sandara Park's stunning photos and this blog post is obviously inspired by that. A lot of us disagreed with their choices so here I am posting my own version of that list. As a devoted daraling, I know Koreaboo failed to show what I think are earth-shatteringly gorgeous photos of Sandara Park. None of my favorites even made their list. So to appease my disappointed heart (hopefully yours too!) here goes my absolute favorite photos of Sandara Park.

1. "Classic Beauty"

I'll go ahead and assume that most of us will choose this as a top favorite. When this photo was revealed, it's safe to say that many were left dumbfounded--including me. Seeing this photo for the first time is a mixture of awe and disbelief. As 2NE1's fashion risk taker, we never thought we'll see Dara styled like this: so simple yet so elegant. This photo drips of innocence. She exudes an ethereal and refreshing aura. In fact, she resembles women from the 60s who wear their hair big but go for nude tones for their lips and make up. A classic look for a classic beauty. After a year since its release, I find myself still captivated by the magic this photo brings.

 2. "Enchanting Fairy"

Nothing screams "Goddess" more than this photo. The bold contrasts of the pink flowers, fantasy make up and glowing skin worked well on Sandara. She looked absolutely breath taking. The childlike look in her eyes and the lushness of her lips further emphasize her lethal charm that she can be innocent and seductive at the same time. As if that's not enough to send us all crazy, there she goes flashing her sexy collarbones that rarely see the light of day. To say we're enchanted by this is an understatement, to be honest. We're more like, enraptured more than anything else.

Dara Graces ELLE Magazine; 'Sophisticatedly Elegant'

Dara never fails to surprise us every time. Her recent participation in ELLE's Share Happiness campaign proved that she is as versatile as a chameleon when she appeared in a photoshoot that showed a different side of her we don't often get. We normally see her in outrageous styles befitting her image as a 2NE1 member but this time, she's decked in glamorous ensemble and classic make up that showed off her natural beauty and charm.

Timeless Beauty

There are girls that look incredibly stunning only at first sight but when you get used to seeing it, it's as if their beauty isn't so remarkable anymore. And then there are those who are beautiful but not as striking when you see them for the first time but then as you look at them longer, you gradually fall helplessly captivated by it. Such is the beauty of Sandara Park.

At first glance, you wouldn't really see something special that puts her above the other faces in showbiz but the longer you look at her, the older she gets, the more beautiful she becomes. And what's even more amazing is the fact that it's all natural. Sandara Park fans are well aware of how Dara likes to present herself. In a sea of surgically enhanced celebrities, she stays natural. When everyone is adamant to wearing colored circle lenses, she chooses to show her true eye color which is beautifully brown. Many are obsessed with dark and thick eyeliners to alter their eye shape but Dara opts for minimal application. Sexy is what others strive to become so to further achieve it, they use lipsticks in a variety of red shades but Dara is unlike any other so she opts for a more nude tone. Performance or not, celebrities wear their fake lashes as much as they please, as thick as they want but again Dara would wear it only when she's working. And most of all, what really amazed me is that she chose to keep her birthmark on her right calf. Celebrities nowadays want every blemish removed, every scar erased, every flaw gone.

Simply put, Dara is proud of her god given looks, she embraces her natural gifts and that is what marks her above others.

In her latest shoot with Cosmopolitan for CLIO cosmetics, Sandara proves that natural is indeed the best. She showcased a total of five different looks from innocent woman to sultry biker chick to edgy fashionista. And what lovely transformation each look was.

Looks like our pleas reached ELLE for they released another batch of Dara's perfect photos for 'Say My Name'. ELLE released additional B-cut web photos and they are just as gorgeous as the pictures that made it to the cut. OHMYGOSH I can't think of a better word to describe these pictures. THEY ARE ALL BEYOND BEAUTIFUL.

The last one was my favorite! Dara looks so innocent and young in that photo! <3 I am sure a lot of fanboys and even fangirls swooned over her pictures. Truly, a GODDESS! :)

I wish her comeback hairstyle would be just like this, simple and so girly-girly. ^^ Girly Dara for the win! And I just hope Clio styles her more like this too. And more gorgeous photoshoots for our Dara Jjang! :)

Pa-ra-bam! Dara's photos from her Elle cover had been released! Finally! You get to see her gorgeousness. This is actually a late post already but heck, I should still post this. :)

Here are the photos. A bit of warning though: PREPARE YOUR HEARTS FOR WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO SEE IS A CREATURE WITH BEAUTY THAT IS BEYOND COMPARE.

Isn't she gorgeous? TT TT I literally wanted to smash my laptop after seeing her photos and I actually got spasms from too much spazzing. I am not even kidding you. I swear I had a hard time breathing because of this pain in my abdomen! That was the effect she had on me. -___-

I'm on the brink of worshipping ELLE actually for the amazing styling they did on Dara but web photos are so damn important and they didn't give us anymore than that cover photo. Aigoo. Anyway, I love how they captured Dara's natural beauty! She barely had any make up on but dang, she looks so damn fine! Okay. Done spazzing. Here's the video:

[REPOST] Elegant Dara for ELLE

The girls had an individual photoshoot for 4 different fashion magazines. And mind you, the magazines I'm telling you about are the four major magazines in K-O-R-E-A eh eh eh eh eh. Lol. Haha.

Bom shot for Allure with a Spring theme; Minzy for Marie Claire showing off her sexy side now that she's 20 and CL for Bazaar sporting her edgy fashion sense. And of course, our dear Dara posed for the best one among the four, the world's largest fashion magazine, none other than, ELLE.

The four girls made yet another history in Korea as they are the first group to individually cover for four different bigtime magazines simultaneously. Their covers are set to be released in March.

 

Now, going back to the gorgeousness that is of Sandara Park.

I've always dreamt of seeing her in a photoshoot where she sports a normal look and ELLE just made it come true. Goddess Dee is looking oh-so-perfect in her photo! I can't wait to see her other photos. I'm sure she looks even more gorgeous in those. (Dara Unnie, stop being a tease and post a BTS photo already!) And I remember her Starcall last Lunar New Year. She  was wearing a white dress and her hair was curled to perfection. I'm betting that was for ELLE! When I first saw the video, I thought maybe she was shooting another ad for Clio. But then YG gave us this news earlier that made the netizen world spazz like mad men.

I wanna give the ELLE staff a pat in the back for an incredibly job well done! Years of waiting for the unleashing of Inner Goddess Within Dara has finally ended! Hooray!

And thank you for dressing her in pretty immaculate white clothes! Gosh! Dara should have all the white dresses in the world because she fits those types of clothes like its invented for her alone. I wish I could always see her like this. Looking gorgeous while sporting a normal hair, wearing simple clothes and having less make up. This way, her beauty shines even more.

And oh by the way, the dress Goddess Dee is wearing is from Gucci and her shoes are from Chanel. (Credit to Sandara Park Fashion Blog.) ^^
