SANDARA PARK is a South Korean singer and actress under YG Entertainment. She is part of the four-member girl group, 2NE1, which debuted in 2009 and has since then dominated the tight idol-competition. Sandara is well known for her natural beauty and has been named countless times as a 'baby face' idol.

She was born on Novemer 12, 1984 in Busan, South Korea. She has two siblings namely Durami and Sanghyun. She was a celebrity in the Philippines before she flew to Korea to become a singer instead. Yang Hyun Suk, President of YG Entertainment, first discovered her via a documentary featured in KBS titled, "My Name is Sandara Park". Yang saw potential in her and asked her to train in his company to become an actress. Later on, it was revealed that Sandara was chosen to debut as a singer and become part of 2NE1.

Sandara has caught the attention of many even before her debut as a 2NE1 member when she starred alongside TOP of Bigbang in a music video of her labelmate's (Gummy) song, I'm Sorry.
